Description of Services SITV only provided resources to you in the form of the space and templates and allow you to create your own. This would include: Submission and posting of your website URL to our directory services; creating a web pages with product page including use of our shopping cart � ecommerce. You are solely responsible for any material uploaded, integrated or otherwise used by you in conjunction with the Service. SITV claims no ownership right in any material posted by you. The Site acts as resources to allow anyone to offer product or services, to sell and buy just about anything. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. We encourage you to communicate directly with trading partners through the tools and information available on the Site. Modification of Services You acknowledge and agree that SITV reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service or the Site with or without notice to you, and that SITV shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, to you or any other person in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, any such modifications or discontinuance. Registration To use our Services you must register and create your personal account. Terms for sale and services You must be legally able to sell items or offer services you have listed for sale on the Site. You must describe your item/services and all terms of sale on your HOME page of the Site. Your listings must only include descriptions, graphics, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of that item or services. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category. All items in multiple item listings must be identical. Disclaimer of Warranties THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. SITV PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITHOUT LIMITATIONS. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED THROUGH USE OF WEBSITE AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. Fees and services are subject to change at any time at our discretion. All Service fees are prepaid in advance of the provision of any services hereunder. In the event that SITV terminates your account or for any reason or event you decide to terminate your own account SITV provide no refund policy.
